· Payments can be made through cash basis, credit
cards, prepaid or guarantee letter.
· Kindly
specify the services that will be guaranteed.

Reservations with guarantee letters will be payable
14 days upon receiving our invoice,
with
a confirmation from our Credit Manager. Late payments
will be subjected to a 2% monthly interest.

Terms

· Room
reservations must be made 48 hours before check-in.
· A minimum of one night’s refundable deposit
is required prior to arrival to guarantee reservation.
Reservations without a deposit
or credit card guarantee will be held until 6:00 pm
unless prior arrangement
for guarantee of
arrival is being made.
· Check-in is at 2:00
pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm on the
following
day. A surcharge of 25% will be applicable for early
check-in and 50% for extended stay till 6:00 pm.
The full rate will be applied for extended stay
above 6:00 pm.
· Request for an extra bed
will be charged Rp. 150.000,- nett, inclusive of breakfast.
· Cancellations made after 12:00 pm on the date
of arrival will be imposed with a 50% penalty and 100%
for no shows.
· The above prices are not
applicable during festive/peak seasons and for wedding
events and are subjected
to changes without
prior notice.
A surcharge
of Rp. 150.000,- nett is applicable for all reservations
made for wedding events.
· The above rates
are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing 11%
government tax.
